What is Hold My Thing?
Hold My Thing is pitched as a physics-based job simulator played with friends. Instead of a tidy renovation sim, you drop into highly destructible sandboxes based on familiar (parody) buildings where every attempt to build, repair or demolish can spiral into disaster. The focus is on chaotic, laugh-out-loud co-op rather than grinding out a perfect build.
Key things to know
- Co-op with friends: it is built around online co-op multiplayer, so you run construction jobs together as a clumsy crew.
- Physics-based chaos: buildings are destructible sandboxes — expect accidents, falling beams and improvised "solutions".
- Dual-purpose tools: tools double as construction and demolition equipment, and you fund projects from your own work.
- Watch for a wishlist window: wishlisting on Steam is the best way to get notified the moment a release date is set.
