Prerequisites

Before any piece can appear, you must beat the final boss of the campaign as Wallace. No finished Wallace run, no Seraphic Blade — the pieces simply won't spawn.

The three pieces

One piece per Act, and all three must be collected in a single run:

Act 1 — Intricate Pommel	Sold by the Act 1 merchant for 225 coins. Save your money.
Act 2 — Gilded Crossguard	Inside a special chest in an Act 2 mission — it looks different from normal chests (whiter, with a golden eye). Opening it costs 350 coins (discounts apply).
